Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the State of Washington, the Final Approval Hearing of the Settlement, the Motion for Attorney Fees, and the Motion for Service Fee Award, currently set for April 29, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. PT, will take place by telephone.

Please dial in 5 minutes prior to the start time of the hearing.

Any class member who calls the provided telephone number and joins the conference call will be muted, and thus unable to make a statement during the hearing unless prior arrangements are made.

Any class member who would like to speak to the Court during the telephonic hearing must contact Courtroom Deputy Penny Lamb no later than Monday, April 27, 2020, at (509) 458-5263. Ms. Lamb will provide a separate telephone number to class members who want to speak at the hearing.

A SUMMARY OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS:

Do Nothing

If you have already been identified by the parties as a Class Member and you do nothing, you will receive the payment that you may be entitled to receive under the Settlement.

Exclude Yourself

If you do not want to participate in the Settlement, you must send a letter requesting exclusion postmarked no later than March 9, 2020, or else you will be bound by the Settlement.

Object

If you wish to object to the Settlement or the request for attorneys’ fees and reimbursement of expenses, you must follow the directions in the Notice and submit your objection by March 9, 2020.
